Still more work to do however, in the form of Cap and Trade legislation, which will make Solar even more affordable than it is now compared to other energy systems. Did I mention it will also help our environment and global warming? Yeah, it will do that too, but financially speaking, it will make solar payback that much faster that it is right now, especially in states without any rebates or incentives.</description>
