Of course this blog is about educating people about residential solar and its affordability today, but solar is a means to an end. That is, solar is one way to get us to be energy independent and fixing the global warming problem.

So I’m happy to present other forms of alternative energy that may one day do an even better job than solar. In the case below, it’s with a kite. That’s right, these guys are inventing Kite Power to generate electricity. Check it out. (There’s some weird musical graphic video at the end, BTW, which I believe got there by mistake…or not.)
