It definitely is an incredibly great incentive. However, there are talks in Salem of striking it altogether because the state budget is suffering so badly. Also, when the credit markets tanked, so did a lot of the funding for larger installations - backed by usable tax credits. When incentives are tied to profitability, not many businesses nowadays are well suited to fully benefit from them. - Dan Hi Susan,
