How does one find the list of entities that received the latest PPA permits. We are trying to provide single digit interest full upfront financing for those projects to get them off the ground.

Thanks for putting all this info together… I am building a “little” house and am looking at making it have the foot print of a gnat. vs the foot print of T-rex. I am doing the composting toilet, the use your grey water in the garden and solar what i can. Thanks for the resources!!!
