In the body of this site you reference a $.65/Kwh feed-in tariff that is contained in a “new energy bill”. I have been unable to find another reference to said bill. Can you help direct my efforts?

Solar Energy will Fail! Under the guise of Global warming the department of Energy (DOE) is part of the program of spraying to form clouds,some people call them chemtrails. Our future is growing Dimmer everyday, which is man made and the men involved are the(CFR). Correct me if I’m wrong here, but isn’t Michigan’s proposed buy back of $.65/kWh for unused Solar Power a mute point? Since most residential solar generation systems only generate about 25% -50% of the total power used by a household, there wouldn’t be any power being sold back to the power companies. It may sound good, but it looks like there is no bite that goes with this bark…
